Complete the application form and upload your documents.
Pay the application fee and submit for review.
After administrative approval, complete the Code of Conduct / Ethics Quiz.
Pay the annual subscription fee.
Receive your unique Membership ID and welcome email.

Membership Grades

Student Member

Application Fee: BDT 1,000
Annual Subscription: Free
CPD: Not required

CPD requirement: Not required per financial year.

Ethics Quiz: Not required

Pathway	Eligibility
Student route	At least 18 years old and enrolled full-time in a recognized QS or related bachelor's/Honours programme.

Graduate Member

Application Fee: BDT 2,000
Annual Subscription: BDT 2,000
CPD: Minimum 10 Hour

CPD requirement: Minimum 10 Hour per financial year.

Ethics Quiz: Required

Pathway	Eligibility
Pathway A	Relevant bachelor's degree completed within the previous 24 months.
Pathway B	Enrolled in a postgraduate course in quantity surveying, construction management, or an allied profession.

Associate Member (ASQSB)

Application Fee: BDT 3,000
Annual Subscription: BDT 5,000
CPD: Minimum 15 Hour

CPD requirement: Minimum 15 Hour per financial year.

Ethics Quiz: Required

Pathway	Eligibility
Pathway A	Relevant bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Pathway B	Relevant higher/advanced/diploma/foundation qualification and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Member Member (MSQSB)

Application Fee: BDT 5,000
Annual Subscription: BDT 8,000
CPD: Minimum 25 Hour

CPD requirement: Minimum 25 Hour per financial year.

Ethics Quiz: Required

Pathway	Eligibility
Pathway 1	Recognized/accredited academic qualification (minimum bachelor's degree), Professional Experience Diary, two referee letters, APC interview; 5+ years' relevant experience.
Pathway 2	Non-recognized bachelor's degree or allied professional bachelor's degree, Professional Experience Diary, two referee letters, APC interview; 8+ years' relevant experience.
Pathway 3	Diploma, other, or no academic qualification; Professional Experience Diary, two referee letters, APC interview; 12+ years' relevant experience.
Pathway 4 — Mutual Recognition	Member grade with RICS, CIOB, AIQS, or CIQS; evidence of membership.
Pathway 5 — By Invitation	Senior management position, 15+ years' relevant experience, and other SQSB requirements.

Fellow Member (FSQSB)

Application Fee: BDT 8,000
Annual Subscription: BDT 10,000
CPD: Minimum 25 Hour

CPD requirement: Minimum 25 Hour per financial year.

Ethics Quiz: Required

Pathway	Eligibility
Pathway 1	More than 5 years as an SQSB Member, senior professional/academic role for at least 5 years, and significant contribution to the profession; over 35 years old.
Pathway 2 — Mutual Recognition	Fellow grade with RICS, CIOB, AIQS, or CIQS, subject to the relevant Mutual Recognition Agreement and policy conditions.
Pathway 3 — By Invitation	Senior management / Director / C-suite role, position of influence, and 20+ years' relevant experience; over 45 years old.
